Every year, we partner with the American River Parkway Foundation to organize and execute a clean up of our local Sacramento waterways. Even during this year of social distancing - we hosted an online event encouraging participants to clean up their neighborhoods, and to donate to this worthy organization.
As mermaids, we must understand the importance of being true stewards of our environment. Waterways are the lifeblood of our earth; help ARPF keep our waters clean!
The Sisters of Nia

The Sisters of Nia is a Sacramento based organization dedicated to serving adolescent girls in grades six, seven, and eight living in urban communities. Through the teaching of Africentric values, our program aims to reinforce and bring out the natural strengths of girls, while encouraging them to live their live with a purpose.
This organization aims to inspire, encourage, and empower girls to reach their fullest potential and live their life with a purpose. We ask for a donation to help this amazing organization continue their important work.
