River Clean Up
Become a True Mermaid by Cleaning Our Waterways
Give thanks to our Sacramento waterways by participating in a River Clean Up, sponsored through the American River Parkway Foundation and the River District. Our beloved Sacramento river has been particularly impacted in the past few years due to urban camping, pollution, algae blooms, and increasingly hot summers. As merfolk, we must be true stewards of our aquatic environments, and protect and work for what we cherish.
Arrive promptly at 9 AM for a safety briefing and distribution of cleaning supplies. We will have mermaid surprises and treats for our guests. Please bring your tail for a group hoto op after the cleanup!
