Vending Opportunities
- Friday, May 16th, 2025 - Vendor Market & Costumed Promenade in HIGH TRAFFIC TOURIST area Old Town Sacramento Historic Waterfront District, 2nd and Front Streets in Sacramento, Ca. adjacent the historic Delta King RiverBoat (selling hours 5 PM - 7:30 PM) FREE event, open to the public. Precedes the official Launch Party at Dive Bar on K Street in Sacramento.
- Saturday, May 17th & Sunday, May 18th, 2025 - Main Convention (selling hours 9 AM - 5 PM Sat and 9 AM - 4 PM Sun) located at https://crpd.com/parks/hagan-community-park/ Ticketed outdoor poolside event, expecting 300+ attendees per day. Includes overnight storage and onsite security.
Vendors are not approved to vend at this event until a payment request has been made by the convention, they have made my payment to hold my space, and have mailed their raffle item donation to the con.

"Being a vendor at the California Mermaid Convention is a Mermazing experience! It is so cool selling my crafts in such a unique and inviting environment. My favorite part is being surrounded by and watching Mermaids and Mermen frolicking and having lots of fun. How magical is that! I have made lots of friends from past conventions and feel like I have joined a loving community.
Mermaid and Mom and Pixie Tribe run the show swimmingly and are so supportive of their vendors. Mermaid Con is one of my most successful shows of the year and my ocean related crafts sell very well there. I don’t do a lot of outdoor shows, but I wouldn’t miss this one for anything!"
